The wifi connection was really strong and the room had a portable heater which was great during the chilly New Year's Eve night. the location was perfect as it was close to the train station and souvenir market, making it easy to find souvenirs to take home. Another advantage was the friendly staff who were always willing to help.
The hotel is situated beside a busy road and the noise kept us up at night. the wooden floors in the room and corridor were creaky and made loud noises whenever anyone walked on them.

The hotel was conveniently located near the main bus station and close to the city center. the staff spoke English and the hotel was overall clean. the rooms had some advantages like a portable heater and good wifi signal. They also offered free baggage storage.
The noise level was unbearable due to the hotel's location next to a busy road.

The hotel was a pleasant surprise, offering great service and clean and spacious rooms. The staff was helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to accommodate any requests. The breakfast offered was more generous than the average, with a great variety of options to choose from. the hotel is conveniently located close to the center of the city, making it easy to explore the surrounding area.
That the WiFi was spotty at times. Sometimes music could be heard playing loudly at the reception desk, which might be disturbing for some guests.
